I’m Anthony McGuirk, Chief Fire Officer at Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service. The Service and Liverpool is proud to be hosting the 10th World Firefighter Games. The Games will run from the 24th of August to the 2nd of September, 2008. We are keen to build on our reputation for innovation and excellence, and to work with all of our partners and the community of Merseyside to deliver the best Games yet.
